Teens testify about alcohol-fueled parties in California ‘party mom’ trial

LOS GATOS, Calif. — A California woman is standing trial on 63 criminal charges for allegedly hosting a series of parties where she provided alcohol and encouraged sexual behavior among minors at her home.

Prosecutors say Shannon O’Connor acted as the sole adult supervisor during the gatherings in Los Gatos throughout the 2020-2021 school year. Many of the attendees were 14-year-old high school freshmen.
